Made-to-Order Collectibles
- All items are custom 3D printed and made to order
- Processing time: 1-3 business days from order confirmation
- Each piece is individually crafted with attention to detail
- Products include magnets, miniatures, and collectible figures
Limited Runs Policy
- “No reruns, no shortcuts” – When limited edition items sell out, they don’t come back
- Limited run quantities are clearly marked on product pages
- Once sold out, limited items will not be reproduced

- You will receive email confirmation when your order is placed and when it ships
- Custom or commission orders may require additional processing time

- Photos of damage may be required for return processing

- Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products, returns are limited to damaged or defective items only
- Custom commissioned pieces are final sale and not eligible for return
- Return shipping costs for damaged items will be covered by Heavy Handed Studio
Refunds
- Refunds for damaged or defective items will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Commission Work
Custom Orders
- Commission requests can be submitted through our contact form
- Custom work requires 50% deposit before production begins
- Timeline and pricing for commissions will be discussed individually
- Custom commissioned pieces are final sale
Limitation of Liability
Heavy Handed Studio’s liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Age Restrictions
Our products are intended for collectors aged 14 and up. Customers under 18 must have parental consent to make purchases.
